PAIVUS started from a simple observation: the UK has thousands of independent hotels and serviced apartment operators running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and software bolted together from three different vendors — not because better options do not exist, but because the better options are priced and built for hotel groups, not for a 20-room property in Manchester or a serviced apartment portfolio in Leeds.

We are building PAIVUS as infrastructure, not just another dashboard — reservations, payments, and yield intelligence in one system, with VAT compliance and direct booking baked in from day one rather than sold as add-ons.

Pricing should be visible

Not hidden behind a sales call. You should be able to find out what something costs before you talk to anyone.

Software should fit the property, not the other way around

A 12-room guesthouse and a 120-room hotel have different needs. Both deserve infrastructure built for their scale.

Direct bookings should be the default, not the upsell

Every commission paid to an OTA is a cost a small operator feels more than a hotel group does. The booking engine is core to PAIVUS, not a premium feature.
